I don't understand how it's one size? It's a skirt, belt, shirt and sweater! So a size 0 and size 10 can wear it and both look cute?

That's just how its labelled. It's an adult Halloween costume. It's not separate pieces. The waist is elastic and the belt is attached only to the front, it doesn't go around the waist.

There is crinoline under the skirt. I can't fit it in an envelope. It is lightweight so I may be able to ship by weight. I'll check when I hit the post office again to see if I can do better.

Just checked at the post office. I won't know the exact shipping until there is a winner but they said worst case was 6.95. If anyone ever over pays, and you'll know from the postage on the box. I'll refund the difference via PayPal.
