The listing, NINTENDO nes/snes/gb/gbc OLD & WORKING SAVE BATTERIES - Original, Super, Gameboy, & Gameboy Color has ended.

This is for five GAMEBOY, and three SUPER NINTENDO, USED SAVE BATTERIES.
Good to use for:
Nintendo ( NES )
Super Nintendo ( SNES )
Gameboy ( GB )
Gameboy Color ( GBC )

These are the working batteries that I took out after replacing them for new ones. They are several years old but they still work. They could go out at any moment, and that's why I had them replaced. But if you have batteries that are completely dead, then these are better than nothing.

The are compatible to use in popular Pokemon Gameboy games, Nintendo Zelda games, Super Nintendo Final Fantasy games, just to name a few.

You must already have the safety screwdriver bit to open the cartridge, a soldering iron, and electrical soldering skills. There is high risk to ruin your game when doing this, so beware to all that do not have prior experience doing this.

I have experience with this, so I'm able to replace the battery with no problems. There are several Youtube instructional videos that will show step-by-step how to replace your battery. And if you need any help from me, I'd be glad to walk you through the process through Listia messaging.

BTW... The SNES batteries fit perfectly in a NES game chip, and vice versa.

The Gameboy batteries, and the Yellow Gameboy color battery are also interchangeable with each other.

The small Gameboy batteries can also be used in SNES or NES games, but not the other way around. The batteries from SNES & NES games would work if it wasn't shaped so fat, and the tabs don't fit correctly either.

I never knew they had batteries in them. That must be why my Zelda doesn't save anymore.

Do you have any extra electronics screwdrivers that can take the screw off the back of the pokemon games?

No I don't have an extra safety screwdriver bit to list.

They are found at harbor freights, or at other hardware stores. And of course they can be found when going to the dark side (ebay).
