Years ago I cooked for Marriott and we always made our own Sweet and Sour sauce. This recipe is an adaption from the one we use to use. I like to think I improved on it a bit...LOL

Great for dipping or adding to stir frys.
If you do canning..it cans well.
It is so good you may just want to just eat it with a spoon. :o)
