hi this is a real sterling silver ring, it is just really tarnished, i think it about a size 7 silver band,,,,,tarnex will fix it,,,, i just do not have the time or resources to even buy tarnex...the one pic you can see part of the sterling marking,,,,I am happy to answer all comments and questions, as soon as i see them..........i put tracking on all jewelry items....i would appreciate it if you could fann me, i am trying to get to 2000 fans, so then i can fan 100 listians like your selves! .........HAPPY BIDDING........purrs..catspaw1955

dont worry about sterling silver being dirty....its called 'pantina'. Patinas are films that develop on the surface of a metal, wood, or other substance over a period of time. In many instances, the development of a patina is considered desirable and may actually enhance the value of the item....some people actually WANT the look and want the Pantina to stay there......
