how you grow them? When you know are ready to pick & eat? Need anything special, sun all day, how much water?

Thanks for the question. Grow them like any other corn plants. Full sun, plenty of water, and some good organic fertilizer. Harvest anytime after they begin to die. I usually let them die and dry completely before I collect the seeds.

Ok cool. I worry about corn being GMO produce because of an article that says 88 percent GMO in America today.
