it works good? does it pull ur hair or get tangled?

Nope I never had a issue with it. you turn it on and it blows the aire our and the ceramic teeth thins straighten it while the little come thins help brush. I always brushed my hair first due to having super knotty haor. if I knew I'd use it I'd keep it but I'm much more of brushing then throwing it in a bun.
