i dont think so. the 14k is very clearly marked though on the tag by the clasp.

for the previous question, there is another marking. im sorry, its hard to see, but i did get that one good pic of the tag, and when its on my computer i can read it, lol.. it says "B.A.B." maybe a jewelers mark? could be initals too. but when i bought this it was supposed to be new.
