The listing, Beautiful Pink Beaded Safety Pin Watch NEW Look! has ended.

Up for grabs is a really neat watch handmade by yours truly. :)

It is made out of pink seed beads and safety pins. All of the supplies used to make this watch were purchased brand new including the watch face.

The band including the watch face is approx 8"around, and the bank is a little over 1" thick. There is plenty of room for stretching if you need it to be bigger. The pins are held together on the watch face with nice thick elastic. You cannot see the elastic when you wear the watch. It's hard for me to explain, but trust me you will LOVE this piece.

There is a red tab on the watch that you must take off when you get it. It's there to prevent the battery from being used. So basically you will receive the watch with a full brand new battery.

If this goes well, I will be making more of these in other colors. I have quite a few watch faces, so there will be different designs in the future.

If you are asking if I can put this on a different watch head, no I cannot its too hard

Can it be made smaller? Like will I be able to easily remove pins to shorten it? Also how do you put it on and off?

It's elastic. So you just stretch it and put it on.

If you really wanted to make it smaller, you'd have to remove some of the pins, and maybe ball up some of the elastic in the back of the band and make a couple of small knots to shorten it. It's durable elastic and stretches good, but it's sort of small to start with. My wrists are about 4.5 - 5" and it's just a little bit too big for me unstretched.

oh this is wonderful. my cousin is in the whole abstract clothing phase so this would be perfict for her. If i dont win this one, i will sooo be looking forward to the others i hope you make. I would deff bid, most likely( if you made a few) on a couple of them.

I have one pink one left after this I think. After that I dont know when the next one will be because I am having a hard time with finding watch faces that will work. The way you have to attach them is hard, so only certain faces work.

You can buy watch faces at craft stores. They have them at Jo-Anns and maybe Michaels. I cannot be certain about Michaels, I don't go there much because its far from my house.
