model is BC60XLT-1 I have looked for frequency range on the unit and it dose not say!! I have no paper work with it. Hope this will help you!! Thanks Tony!

Any Scanner 2 years or older will not work for police scanning. They have all changed there frequencies' I know cause I just found out my scanner will not pick nothing up without trunking. Had to buy a new one and it costed over 500.00

Well we do not have a police station here in Ash!! But we do have the Brunswick Sheriff's Dept and I pick them up fine. When I am Hunting on the outskirts of Shallotte I pick up the Shallotte Police dept just fine???
