FREE: WWII era Army insignia patch

The listing, WWII era Army insignia patch has ended.

a WWII veteran who died many years ago gave me this patch from an old uniform when I was a boy in the 1960's
He told me that it bears the "T" for technical, and his technique was culinary arts...he was the sergeant in charge of the mess kitchen somewhere in Italy (best I recall). So, under this patch many soldiers got well fed, or at least yelled at to peel more potatoes. Gotta be worth something to a collector ... and this little story goes along with it. Bid up!
