this dress says brand new but its in a box for preservation most places when you buy a wedding dress new it is in a garment bag i find that to be odd

you can go on usps.com and plug in her zip code to get general shipping. choose the largest flat rate box...it'll give you the general idea. Some sellers ivercharge just to make a buck though...it all gets revealed when the package arrives and the cost is labled less than what you paid. be careful.
