Dark Blue, boot cut, mid-rise VIP blue jeans, size 19-20.
Laying flat measures: waist 20", inseam 12", inseam to hem 22", waist to hem 46". These are brand new w/ tags. These are really nice jeans, retails for $49.99 and higher. Will fit taller women best.

I'm not sure I understand your question, I'm sorry. They are US size 19/20. I have listed the measurements, if you lay your best fitting jeans flat and measure them and then compare to the measurements I have listed in the description, perhaps that will answer your question?
