I'm thinking she means like tween sizes but on the other hand I wouldn't let my 12 yr old daughter out in that so maybe it is like a true juniors 14/16 but I think that would be huge on your sis bc I'm about a 7 also and that would be huge on me!

My daughter wears a size 7, it fit her last year. (Leggings underneath and a coat over top)

I found this on amazon and the size chart puts it as a large for everyone wondering. Such a cute costume! Wish it was my size. Good luck on your auction!!
