Quoting from Gamefaqs, "This card was included in the polybagged December 2002 issue of Nintendo Power (#). This card, when scanned at the Tailor's, loads a design of Link (from Legend of Zelda) holding a triforce. This design can be applied to clothing, umbrellas, walls, and floors."

I have not used the card or removed it from the cardboard backing which contains instructions on how to scan the design into the game. You can keep this for your collection, or use it with the e-Reader device.
