The Embroidery Thread is not tangled. They are going through holes on top. There must be 15 to twenty colors. Just a guess. They look atleast 24" long on the short side. I did not measure. But they are very long. FREE THREAD & FREE SHIPPING HARD TO BEAT THAT. :).
