No. The auction is only for the dress. I don't have any of the accessories. It says No Accessories in part of the auction description.

Do you have pictures of the actual costume? Are there any holes, snags, rips, missing pieces? Do you smoke or have pets? What size in numbers would you say it would fit

I have 3 indoor cats, but the costume is kept in a drawer where they can't get to it. The edges of the collar are slightly frayed. I do not smoke. The only thing I don't have are the accessories like gloves & the headband ears. I'd say it probably would fit a 3-6 depending on height & weight.
