The second DVD TURBO JAM 3T uses tubing However, light hand weights or nothing can also be used. :)

The DVDs are in good condition and play on my computer and PS3.

Awww sweet! My oldest and only female child is now 27... after her I had four boys... my youngest being 8...lol and I have 3 G-Baby boys... the oldest being only two years younger than my son ...lol I do miss girly stuff... :D
