Yes u drink while its on and u keep drink8ng bc even though you take it off its still working and detoxing your body for 72 so you need to drink plenty of water to help the detox

When you say "results will continue for 72 hours" do you mean this is a temporary fix? Does the blubber return after 73 hours? Interested.. Watching!

Nope you will see a difference from the time you take it off till the 72hrs bc its still detoxing. And the inches will stay off as long as you try to keep them off. Like drink more water and eat a little healthier
