I had this listed twice and already received a question on the first one. No, the ipod does not sync to itunes. When charging, it boots the apple logo and doesn't turn on. This item was kept in a drawer till we spontaneously bought a new ipod. There are places online (craigslist) that do offer to repair ipods, but everything has it's price - hence, why it's in this lot. Item is as-is and I make no claims on repairs or cost because I am not a mac representative.

Was answered at the very start of this auction in the comments. It will boot the Mac/Apple logo on charge but won't roll into the main menu.
