Her sister Barb (Bisutti) comes to help Nica with the final arrangements for the funeral, but then when people start showing up dead, Nica starts to suspect the little-red headed doll her niece has been playing with might be the answer to everything.

This Chucky movie takes it back to the original roots of the Child's Play series (not a comedy like Bride of Chucky or Seed of Chucky). It's Don Manici's (the creator of Chucky) second film he has directed in the series.
