Overall these are in really good condition ! A couple could use new outfits ( so could most of us lol ) but most of the clothing is in really good shape. All the utility belt pouches have items in them which seem appropriate. ( If these were Stars Wars figures I would bore You to death with every minor detail ) Most of the figures themselves in Excellent condition; a couple need the movable joints tightened a bit, I didn't do it as I don't know how and did not want to risk damaging them in any way. There are a couple of them as pictured could not find tops for but; it's ok not getting too cold at night yet lol. I am Selling AS IS not because I don't think they are a great set but I don't have enough knowledge on the G.I. Joe collection as a whole to say they are all 100 percent complete or incomplete etc. I do know a couple of the poor guys need shirts lol. Although I am not familiar with the GI Joe collection I have collected action figures since 1976 and these are really cool. My best educated guess is these are from the 90's .
