There is definitely more than one,on package it has 16 marked through and 18 count wrote beside it,i have not opened it but package is about 3 to 4 inches thick,i got these in mail as a sample pack.i hope this helps.

I'm not sure how many are in this,so bid at your own risk,i don't think that there is 18,but then i dont know how thick these are,if anybody knows leave comment,thanks
