The listing, ADORABLE LEOPARD DOG COAT has ended.

This is an adorable fleece leopard dog coat. It is listed as a size medium. It has a bow with pom poms attached, and is really sweet. It is brand new except that I did try it on my dog. It was too large for her, so I am offering to another pet.

size small has many sizes as I have learned in 3 coats I've gotten on here
Would you please do me a favor and measure this, I need 12" neck to tail and 19" around chest. what I would do with this would be open it up and measure across one side to the other.

It is listed as a medium, and it measures 13 inches from neck to tail. The chest measurement is 18 to 19 inches, depending on how you fasten the Velcro. These sound pretty close to what you need. Hope this helps.
