**** FREE SHIPPING WITH GET IT NOW **** I found this old bell in an old farmhouse my friend bought. I don't know the age of it, but can tell it is quite old. The house it was found in was built in the 1890's, It plays "SILENT NIGHT" when you pull the string down and has a round piece to hang it with. On the outside bottom, which I think is just cardboard, its has a "JAPAN" stamp. I posted pictures of the musical parts as well. It's really pretty neat. The upright part of the music mechanism has markings on it which are "ESAKI". Under that it says " EB - 41". The bottom line says "JAPAN".

Tried to do some research but all I really found was it's probably from the 1950's. IT is made from gold colored aluminum and it ACTUALLY WORKS!! You pull the cord and it starts to play as the cord retracts back inside. It's about 6 inches tall and 6 inches wide.

I have one of these, but not in this good condition. Mine was from my childhood and I still cry when I hear it play.

How sweet!! I love it too but none of my children like it so I decided to put it up here hoping someone else could enjoy it. The music is so pretty, still plays like brand new. Took it apart to see how it works and it's pretty neat.
