Hi yep measured with hand...foot portion is about 5 inches toe to heel
With leg portion about 9 in.

My daughter who is 4 years old has a pair of these same ones, and they are a little big on her...Like half a size too big

I have another pair in blue not posted if someone wants them instead
They are shoe 7-11 (sock 9-11) and measure 6 inches toe to heel with leg length if 10in
