The listing, Parrot Feathers #8 has ended.

These are from my birds that I have collected over the years. Cocktail, African Grey, MaCaw, Indian Ringneck and Green Cheek Conurs. The bag they are in is about 7" x 5 1/2". There are probably a few hundred feather ranging from 1/2" to 6". No guarantee's on the count, I just took hand fulls and put in the bag. The 2 photo's show the front and back of the bag which are the actual feather you will be receiving and the one with the teeth and leather is to show you what I have made with my feathers. They are Owl and Pigeon feather. You will only be receiving the bag of feather. If there is a photo of loose feather that is a sample of what is in the bag and are actual feather you will receive.

what type of owl feathers are in the bag? Thank you.

There are no Owl feather in the bag. The Owl feathers are on the piece that I made in the picture above which is just to show everyone what I do with the feathers. Read the description, it will tell you what kind of feathers there are.

I can't look it up right now because of the shutdown, but these are from bird that are exempt from the Migratory Bird Act, right? They're safe to own?

I do not know 100% that they are exempt because I did not look myself though I do know that the birds these feather come from have been owned by people for years and are sold in the pet stores and by private breeders. The only thing that I would be concerned with that is mentioned in the description it the Owl feathers which there are none of those in the bag of feathers that you will receive. But by all means research it and let me know what you find. :)

oh my gosh...while looking at your auction, my grand daughter asks what it was and told her a lady was selling feathers from her birds....she says those poor birds will be cold now, does she have a sweater for em?.....I laughed so hard.....
