The listing, Bottle Caps (Coke Rewards) has ended.

Welcome to my second auction. Let's make this a fun one by sharing memories of your favorite Christmas moments or gifts that you treasure....

Ok now back to the Auction....
These Bottle Caps I was saving for my Brother. He said "List them on Listia as I have too many!" So some lucky person will receive with the winning bid
4 Diet Coke (silver colored cap)
24 Sprite (green colored caps)
31 Coke (red colored caps) and
37 Coke Zero (black colored caps)
for a total of 96 caps

First picture are some of the red, green, silver and black caps laid out to form a Christmas tree.

Second picture is my Listia name.

Third picture is the rest of the red and black caps laid out into a tree shape design

And fourth picture is of all of them together.

As always Listia Rules apply and my shipping is always free in the USA. Outside the USA shipping charges apply. (not sure how much it'll cost to ship overseas, but will check into it).

Let's keep Listia fun by leaving nice comments. I was taught if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Play nice or keep your mouth shut.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my auction.Happy Holidays to y'all and happy bidding.

reading thru memories remind me of one christmas... my mom was in coma from a very bad accident. i was about 3/4 and spent lots of times with my grand mother that was very low income. we made dolls out of socks, thread, and painted faces on them for all the younger girls in the family. i was so happy when i opened my xmas present to see she had taken time to make me the bigger mother for all my babies i made with her. shes been gone 38 years and mom 17 years... it does get easier but you never forget the life last impressions parents/grandparents leave on our lives. i pray that one day my boys 18/23 (lost in that... hate you for being on my butt all the time... zone) will grow to appreciate all the scaffices we do for them to have a better tomorrow. My oldest is coming back to me slowly now that he has 2 girls of his own & i pray that the other learns at military (leaving november.. pray for him). thanks

Aw such a beautiful memory to share. Thanks Miss Darlene! No it doesn't get any easier especially around the holidays! I'm so sorry for you loss, but they both are surrounding, watching over and protecting you and yours everyday! Remembering the times we've shared helps to keep them in our hearts forever! Your boys will come around. Give them time to be on their own for awhile. Time always opens our eyes. I remember exactly when I came outta that "zone" myself. I think it made my mom happy to see that my eyes were opened to everything she had done for me and for my siblings as well! Having two little girls will help to open your eldest son's eyes and hopefully the military will help bring around the youngest. I have no children of the human race, just cats, dogs and wild birds, so don't take my advice to heart :) as it is inexperienced on rearing children. I will definitely include your son in my prayers. Thanks again for sharing this with us!

At Christmas time my family drew a name of our siblings and had a price range for the gift . No one know who had who until it came out to the tree. of course that did not start untill we all know about the guy in red.

That was a lot of ornaments for an 8 years old to do and to choose who got which ones was another feat for him as well! Hats off to you, Miss Danielle, and to your nephew as well!

My favorite Christmas memory is actually last year's lol. My nephew and I made a dozen ornaments for my entire family out of plaster, I mixed and poured the plaster into the molds and he carefully pressed the ribbon we used as ornament hangers into the back of the plaster before it set. Once the plaster was completely dry we painted them. He was 8 years old, and his ornaments were pretty psychedelic lol. Santa had a blue face, green beard, neon orange hat and the background was yellow on one. We made 132 ornaments, and most of them he painted himself. I didn't get a set because I forgot to include myself when doing the planning lol. He worked hard on them, and so did I of course, and when we were done and the paint was dry we spread them all out on the dining room table. I handed him a box and he'd carefully choose which ornaments went in. There were 12 different designs, and every box got only 1 of each design in it. After choosing which 12 ornaments went in the box he told me who the box was for and I wrote their name on the top. Unfortunately the people who received them didn't appreciate all the thought and work that we'd put in, he did most of the work really. Out of 13 boxes 11 were left at my mom's house Christmas day, the ones he gave his parents included. We had a blast though, and it's my favorite Christmas memory.

It sure sounds like you two had a blast making them, sorry that the hard work and love that went into making each one wasn't appreciated... so did you get to keep a box or two that had been forgotten or did the owners come back and pick them up? This is a touching memory, thanks for sharing it with us!

That Xmas tree design out of caps is the coolest thing, just in time for the holidays! My mother never had a lot of money when we were young, so instead of 1 big present, we did the 12 days tradition (like the song) where she would give us small gifts each day from the 13th-25th. They were usually things we needed like socks, tootbrushes, etc., but unwrapping presents every day for weeks made it easier to have only 1 thing (usually the biggest thing) on Christmas morning.

This is such a great memory. My mom used to put things like this in our Christmas stockings. She didn't like to put to much candy in our kids' Christmas stockings. Thanks for sharing this with us and for commenting. Have a great and awesome day dear. :)

My mother always gave us a small cheep gift that we knew nothing about. It was always the best, because she gave it with real love. I miss her so much. This will be my second one without her.

Miss Joy, I'm so sorry for your loss. My mom's gone too and it doesn't get any easier especially around the holidays. My favorite memory... my sister and I wrapped Moms slippers, the ones she wore every morning, (she wrapped one and I wrapped the other) and put them under the Christmas tree. Mom looked for them and asked us girls if we had seen them, we even acted like we were trying to find them for her. On Christmas morning she laughed with delight when she opened her presents from my sister and I and realized what we had done. I was like 5 and my sister was almost 8 and we didn't have any money for her Christmas present. She'd laugh til she had tears every time she told that story. And yes Miss Joy Christmas just isn't the same without her. Mom I miss you!!! :)
