I just put the shirt up to my son's body, measured it and realized it's far to big on him since he's only 30 months and he's small for his age so I'm auctioning it off to someone who could put these for use this Halloween and I'll just get him a new one that's size 2T; 24 months since that's the size of clothes he wears. This prisoner accessory kit includes a waterproof shirt and waterproof hat which will be perfect for the weather since it always rains on Halloween and a pair of plastic handcuffs with a pair of plastic keys as well.
