Pink Music (porcelain hardneck variety) This variety seems quite similar to Music although the skins covering the cloves often have a pink color to them. Averages 5 cloves per bulb.
The flavor is good, sweet and pungent, very hot when eaten raw. It is an Italian variety brought back to Canada by Al Music in the 1980s from his homeland
After you plant these, remember to place a tag by them and as you see it grow, it will seem to die back but what it is doing is spending time growing roots so do not think they have died! I found out the hard way, where no one informed me and I ended up moving the tags then the next year I lost what a lot of my garlic names were.
