It's perfect for that kind of dog. This kind of harness just makes me feel so much more comfortable walking my dog because I feel more in control and I know he's more comfortable too.

Depends on what he weighs...my dog is 15 lbs and I had to tighten the strap all the way for it to fit him and it was a bit loose but it did stay on him. The size says L but my doggy is a M and he could still wear it.

This would be awesome for my Jack Russel/Chihuahua Mix. He is very spirited and this would be comfy to wear while hes playing or walking. Watching and Bidding for my Snoopy furbaby :)
