I'm not sure of what thin material this banner is made but I suggest that the winner reinforce the sides and bottom with either strong package tape or sew-on bias tape. It tends to ravel. It's meant to hang outside but I would suggest using it as an indoor decoration.

The banner measures 14" wide x 40" long. It is a very generous size and would be an ideal decorative accent for a large party. It has a 2" hem at the top which will accommodate something akin to a curtain rod for hanging. Use your imagination.
