The listing, Army issue Goggles for Sand Wind and Sun has ended.

These are very rugged Army issued goggles used for protection for Sun, sand and wind. (could be good for mud too). They are vented goggles with foam seat and interchangeable lenses. One sun lens and one clear lens. Extra lens comes with protective pouch for protection. These were an extra pair I was issued when I went to Iraq. I have no need for this extra pair and would be great for people who ride 4 wheelers and dirt bikes. They come with the box and have never been used.

The only thing stamped on the goggles themselves is "Goggles, Sand Wind And Sun 1974, but on the box it says that They came from Mine Safety Appliances Company In Pittsburgh,PA

These goggles were used by the military for riding through all the dusty conditions and other applications. They were issued 2 pr per soldier and I have been able to find that they range in price from 29.95 up to 52.95. Very reliable and comfortable in all conditions including rain and snow.
