For every 1000 ending bid winner gets an extra key chain to choose.
So if bidding ends at:
1000 - 1999 winner gets to choose 2 key chains total (1 for the auction & 1 for the bid going over 1000)
2000 - 2999 winner gets to choose 3 key chains total
and so on. (1 for the auction & 2 for the bid going over 2000)

If winner gets to choose more than 1 key chain & there is a key chain winner wants that has a number (2) or (3) by it then winner can choose up to that many of that same key chain that is equal to the number winner is allowed to choose per winning bid.
