this is still basically brand new Penquin Kinetic..this stands about 10" tall..it has 2 penquins swinging back and forth trying to get the fish..this works on an elctro-magnetic field which is created by the 9 volt battery...it will run back and forth 24/7 for about 3 to 4 months especially with a duracell battery..my wife and i had a gift store and sold these and we had a bog display window and these would go 24/7..this is our last one that was used as a demo..these are great for the kids as a science project or just to watch in the house...
