FYI- this is a CDMA-S phone witch means it uses Sprint towers. This is a good phone. I wish I could use it. But I need a CDMA-V phone which uses Verizon Towers. Dang. Good Luck on your auction.

According to straight talk, it depends on your geographical area. It uses both Verizon and Sprint.

It has original package but no charger. You can get the charger at wal mart.
