I was told by the owners of a mining attraction mine were Smoky Quartz, I have several that look like this. When I googled it I saw mostly tumbled versions. Dunno how accurate their info was but I figured I would share it just in case.

usually smoky quartz is a smoky gray or brown color, there is a certain name for this type of quartz but the name eludes me but thanks for the info :)
