Hi Amanda, my grandson actually taught me. It is made with rubberbands on a loom. It's very popular in Westchester County N.Y. you can buy the loom in any craft store. AC Moore or Michael's . They are so creative and easy to wear. Instructions come with the loom. Thanks for your comment. Glad you like it.
