Description
The listing, Premier Serenity chunky weight yarn 100% acrylic lot has ended.
Lot of Premier Serenity chunky weight yarn. 100% acrylic.
I had a somewhat upsetting situation recently. I shipped an item to the winner, I guess the item was damaged during shipment. The winner disputed saying the item was poorly packaged. (I always package my items very well) anyways I have to refund the credits. So now I have to change my shipping policy. I am going to still offer free shipping (for now). If you want to pay for insurance I will gladly insure your package. Please understand that if the package is damaged during shipping I will not be responsible. I enjoy listing my handmade items on Listia, but after I purchase the yarn and pay for shipping I barely come out ahead. I do use the lowest cost service for shipping and if possible I ship in large envelopes, but if it is a fragile items I pad the item well as to avoid any damage. If you decide you want to insure your item just send me a message and I will provide my PayPal ID. I'm sorry that I have to put all this negative stuff on here but if listing my items on here causes me to lose money I will have to stop and I am having way to much fun I DONT WANNA STOP!!!!
Happy Bidding!!!

F & W I'm sorry for your recent shipping mishap. If I may from own experience, where I'm from,we're getting hammered w/rain.So,what I ship goes into lg. ziplock baggies&I ask, should I win or buy something, that if they can, to do the same for me. Works like a charm:) Blessings!
I was told by my post office that these Listia items could not be insured because there is no evidence of a sales price to base insurance on should there be a claim...Just passing on....So sorry for your problem
Thanks. I just talked to my daughter she is a postal clerk and she said that they will insure as long as you can prove their is a monetary value to the item. She is going to check with her postmaster tomorrow and see if she can get any further information because now I am very curious. My argument is that Listia sells credits so they would have a monetary value. Atleast up to the amount of what each credit would cost. So like i said I am very curious as to what the postmaster will say. Thanks again I never thought that the items could not be insured.
I will be curious to know what she finds out.....the problem seems to be the "value" of a credit on Listia....which is hard if not impossible to define. Let me know. and thank you for following up. Have received several broken items because they could not be insured (as well as poor packaging on the part of the seller)...but that's another story :)
I'm glad my suggestion may help. Question: it looks like I'm bit gonna catch up on this bidding war(don't quite have a grasp on it yet, lol) so could u private msg me so as not to take up too much room here, w/the details of this type yarn? Ou really like the way it looks but I've never seen it before and think I'd like to purchase some if I can find some. U should,if u haven't, hop over and check out my auction some time. Thanks so much and good luck! F & W :)
I'm sorry about the delay in getting back with you. It is Premier serenity yarn. I believe it is a Deborah norville yarn. The color is Pristine. I'm not sure what other info you want. Please let me know. Thanks
