I had a somewhat upsetting situation recently. I shipped an item to the winner, I guess the item was damaged during shipment. The winner disputed saying the item was poorly packaged. (I always package my items very well) anyways I have to refund the credits. So now I have to change my shipping policy. I am going to still offer free shipping (for now). If you want to pay for insurance I will gladly insure your package. Please understand that if the package is damaged during shipping I will not be responsible. I enjoy listing my handmade items on Listia, but after I purchase the yarn and pay for shipping I barely come out ahead. I do use the lowest cost service for shipping and if possible I ship in large envelopes, but if it is a fragile items I pad the item well as to avoid any damage. I'm sorry that I have to put all this negative stuff on here but if listing my items on here causes me to lose money I will have to stop and I am having way to much fun I DONT WANNA STOP!!!!
