Tier one : wooden corner hutch. It's definitely showing its age but a little polish or even stain would spruce it right up. Working doors.

Writing desk with 4 real drawers. I'll include two brown wrapped packages, 3 letters, a wall calendar, and a cup of pencils.

Small wooden table about an inch high.

2000 points: wooden chairs and small table which are in great condition and they are bare wood so you can paint or stain them. Also a woven rug and fireplace.

5000 or more gets the kitchen which includes a sink with cabinets and shelf space, a stove/oven with working door and oven wrack, a small section of counter space with 3 drawers and pull out cutting board. Also, 3 sets of kitchen cabinets.

7000 points or more: These may be the smallest but most valuable pieces of the whole lot. There is a set of blue "spackleware" dishes. 4 plates, 4 bowls, and 4 saucers. A set of 3 copper pots that I've seen go for a lot in other auctions, and 2 dessert cups of chocolate pudding with whipped cream.
