Not sure what to list for this. Here is info from one on amazon that is basically the same just a different model then one posted here. Same concept.

The RCA RC926 wireless phone jack converts your existing electrical outlet into a phone jack without the need for tools or wiring. Plus, it's fully expandable, allowing you to add as many additional RCA RC926 extension units as you need.
The RC926 is very easy to install. Just insert the transmission unit into the AC wall outlet and connect the RJ-11 cable to the existing phone jack. What kind of cords are needed for this? I need to hook up my phone line to my satellite disk but have not jack anywhere near it.
Also is it one unit or 2? The picture looks like it might be two included.

2 Phone cords-1 to unit & Phone Jack and 1 to Phone & unit

It takes 2 phone cords, 1 from the unit & Phone jack and 1 to the Phone to the unit.

So just to make sure, I can plug this into my power outlet in my living room and be able to hook a phone or modem or satellite dish up, since I have no working phone jack in there.

correct you can move it into any other room as you like and need just so you know though these last I knew may not work so well if you want to hook up a modem or computer to them but I havnt used them in many years so i may be wrong. i suggest you do your research online look them up on amazon too and get in the know before you bid.

Plan to just hook up my phone line to my satellite dish so I can order movies. I have a wireless router and a wireless adapter so I don't have to worry about hooking up another modem. As long as it will work as a phone jack, I'm fine.

then you may want to conact your cable provider and ask them if they think it would work fine using these. They may work but doesnt mean they would getgood reception or whatever tryign to get movies through cable line.

I have placed a bid on this item. I have only one question. Can you guarantee that is does work? I don't care about hooking up a modem or computer, only being able to use it as a wireless phone jack. As long as it will work in that way, I'm fine. I just need to hook up my satellite receiver.

no I cant guarantee it but I can try to test it out and see before auction ends I will let you know they been sitting in a box for 4-5 years now

the product I have itself should work but may not be comptiable for what you want to use it for other then an extra jack so call your cable company and ask them they may have a filter you may need to put on it to use with your cabe box or you may ned nothing at all i dont know

Cool. I think I am the highest bidder right now. As long as I can use it as a phone jack, I can figure out anything else I might need. I have extra filters that came when I got DSL that should work if I need them.
