Description

The listing, Toy Biz X-Men lot of 5 1990's action figures! Wolverine, Colossus, Beast + bidding bonuses! has ended.

Ok Listia! I've seen some other people having some good fun with their auctions and decided I want to get in on it. First off, this auction is for 5 1990's era Toy Biz brand X-Men action figures! The auction includes Weapon X Wolverine, Beast, Pyro, Colossus, and Shatterstar. You get all 5 of these no matter where the bidding ends up, no tier.

However, I want to offer a bonus! If the bidding hits 6000 credits, I will throw in an extra mystery action figure for every 3,000 credits more! So at 6000 you'll get 6 figures, 9000 7 figures, etc. I'll reveal the mystery figures when the bids hit the amount by updating the page! No giveaways, but as a hint I'll tell you that they will all be Marvel or DC comic book action figures. Make requests, and if I have the character you ask about, I might nominate them as the pick!

Have fun with this folks, please keep in mind these are opened, loose figures, many from my own childhood. You see in the photos that I have accessories for some of them, others I may not. If I have it, I include it. I am not a pro toy grader or anything so please don't be going nuts if a toy has a paint chip or whatever. These are "used" and should be kept as mementos or played with the kids. If you want to see a closer pic of a particular figure tell me and I'll do what I can. All 5 figs to start include some accessory, none appear to be broken but Colossus' weights are a little bent. Free shipping to US, good luck and enjoy!

In toy lingo, these figures would probably be classified as 1:18 scale (about 4 inches) though some May be slightly taller or shorter. They are all from the same "line" meaning they should have some continuity in regards to relative size. In common speak, these are about the same size as most figures you will find on store shelves for 5-8 dollars apiece.

Bat-Man, Riddler, Joker, Bane, Penguin, Cat-Woman, Posion Ivy, etc.

Thanks for the requests. I don't think the bidding is going to get high enough for any free figures to be thrown in, but the plus side to that is someone will be getting these cheap! Sadly, I'll probably have to push action figures on Ebay alone after this because there doesn't seem to be as much interest here.

You can tell I'm a Bat-Man fan just from those suggestions. Thing is I do not prefer DC to Marvel or vice versa.

We'll if it makes it to 6,000 credits I promise I'll throw in someone from the Batman Universe, and it will be something older. I've got a lot of figures from the Kenner Dark Knight collection that was released about the same time as Batman Returns in the early 90's.

I've grown up with Bat-Man my entire life and he played a key role in my childhood and early development. I have conversion dyslexia (no longer affects me) and couldn't read in kindergarten which caused me to be held back a year. Bat-Man, is who got me into comics and the reason I have a love for reading because he was there even before I learned. Alas, I am out of credits to bid with so I must concede defeat.

I don't have a problem putting a couple Batman figures up for auction or putting some on a GIN for you that you can afford. Talk to me by message if you want that. Thanks for sharing your story, I love hearing that comics were able to help someone.
