This does not look like USA size3x. It looks like Italian 3x which would be around 14/16. Does it have a brand name?

Is it possible to take a pic of the tag. I have purchased cameo clothes before and their sizes are confusing. It will say 2x and that is a 2 extra small. It is hard to really tell how big the dress is but I just do not want to buy a dress that does not fit. Thanks for your help and I hope that you understand.
