I found this in my great grandmother estate items. I am not sure of the age. It is a very pretty piece. I think it is costume jewelry. The small sets are a turquoise color, and they are all there. The other larger stones are similiar to Opal colors, they are all in tact. I do believe these are not real stones. But a unique and lovely brooch. Happy Bidding!!!
