The listing, Lg Android phone has ended.

Great condition, has wifi, factory reset, but I don't have an extra charger to give with it... Also takes a sim so it can be used for prepaid or an actual account! :)

When I looked it up earlier, it was saying Optimus... But it's also coming up as Phoenix so I'm confused :/

Yes it can.. That's I have as a plan and had my AT&T SIM card in it but I just got a new phone... It will work fine :)
