Up for bids is a new, sealed in package Wal-Mart portrait identification card for your child. The kit includes the plastic id card, information forms, and fingerprint pad. All you need is a picture of your child, scissors, and a pen(or you can type the info in with a typrwriter). It also has a hole in the upper left hand corner to attach it to your key ring.
