Questions & Comments
To the people questioning these brushes, I have recently won one of her auctions and the brushes reallly are authentic! I don't regret bidding on them. Plus, you don't have to bid if you don't want to lol it's a great deal anyway with this auction. I have bid on them again in the hopes of giving them as a gift to one of my makeup artist friends... Anyway, I went to a MAC store in the city to triple check with the salespeople there and they confirmed it for me that they are, indeed, real. Real or fake, at this price, it's almost a steal! In this case, though, I can assure you that they are real. I hope this helps you guys out! ^___^
Awe thank you so much for commenting regarding the brushes. I'm really happy you loved them! I couldn't have agreed more at the end of the day the brush works amazing - it is a steal, real or not but you and I both know they are authentic considering you did bid and you now own the brush I was auctioning our fellow listia commenters have not yet own or bid on my auction but have much feedback to offer. Glad we have a valid comment to read now! Really, thanks for your time regarding this matter. Enjoy your day!
are people really on here arguing over mac brushes like is it that serious! Y'all don't have to be on her auction, its either you gone bid or not but being rude to her is not making you look any better. People can be so cruel these days and all they need is a little prayer or lot of prayers. I like the brushes weather its real or fake so i will be bidding! F&W
Lol :) thank you love. I don't even have to say much I have all these beautiful listia people like you taking the words right out my mouth. People can be bored sometimes, that's why makeup is my hobby hahaha:) I can't agree more but that's what separates maturity. Enjoy your day and good luck!
actually if you want me to take a picture of this exact brush thats authentic i can if u dont know that this is fake truley than u are no makeup artist. i work at a mac counter and can tell you these are fake. you can tell because of the barrel and many other things please do not false advertise thankyou
Hello! I would love for you to send me a picture! That would help to prove the authenticity of the brushes. The barcode scans at MAC, simply because they are from MAC. I was wondering what are the "many other things" about my brushes that you claimed as fraud. Also, here is a link to the MAC site for you to see that it is the exact same brush as the one that I have: http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/145/1509/Products/Brushes/Eye/227-Large-Fluff-Brush/index.tmpl Lastly, before you're so harsh to judge the brushes, I can ask a previous winner of this auction to contact you and you could see, firsthand, if they were happy with the quality. I'm not too sure if your care is because you were interested in the brushes, but thanks again for your involvement as I'm sure there are others who have the same concerns as you. Good luck with your endeavors as a fellow makeup artist!
I couldn't help but notice the comments on here. I am also a makeup artist with a MAC ProCard, and I own almost every single brush that they make including this one. I don't see anything unusual about the barrel, lettering, or the ferrule and indentation marks that would lead me to thinking they are fake. Jasmyn, the only thing I can think of that will support the authenticity is if you still have the plastic sleeves. The real full-sized MAC brushes have full length clear plastic brush sleeves that have a barcode label attached to the sleeve. Nice auction! And yes, please...for those of you who truly believe these are fake, I would also like to know the reasoning. I always think its a good idea to have information like that. I only purchase mine from MAC stores, but if I ever get them as a gift or what not, I would want to know if they were authentic or not.
:) awe thanks for the support! They truly are authentic 100% and you are right about the plastic covering it does come to the top (I just pulled it out to get a better picture of the bristles) and barcode is at the bottom as well lol! You know your stuff ;)
