I am 36c and it fits me with a little room. I would say it is not a Juniors. Armpit to armpit measures 21", waist untied laid flat measures 18 1/2", and length is 37" . Hope this helps, it is very unusual and beautiful!

I LOVE it, too! I know it is a large, But since it has ties, do you think even a small-to small medium woman(me!) could wear it tightened? Also, what is the Fabric & is it one or more than one "layer of fabric?" Thanks Very Much. Already a fan, watching!

yes it should work tightened and it is one shear layer of fabric you would need to wear ssomething under it and it is like a chiffon type material fanned ya back!
