Why is the shipping cost so high? Couldn't this go in one of those priority mail bags for $5-$6?

The dress will become bunched up and that can be hard to undo. Also I would have to pay extra for insurance cost with priority mail box the dress has room and it comes with $50.00 insurance to make sure it gets there.
