I am a Constant Gardener and have many types of Organic flower and veggie seeds and perennial seeds...all from Zone 4, I live in Wisconsin. All the pictures are from one of My garden beds ;)

This listing is for my 2013 BLue Balloon Flower Seeds. You will receive at Least 12 of these 2013 Blue Balloon Flower seeds. These are very Strong Prolific Perrenials.

Here are directions I copied from internet:

Balloon Flower (Platycodon Grandiflorus Blue) - Easy-to-grow from flower seed, Balloon Flowers are an old-fashioned favorite, and they are as lovely in the garden as they are in the vase. This flower has unique star-shaped blue blossoms, and it blooms late summer and into the fall. Platycodon Grandiflorus has been around forever, and some of their biggest fans are children. They love to watch the balloons form (the buds) and then grow until the right time to pop open and form the lovely star-shaped flower. Balloon Flower plants are very hardy perennials that can withstand periods of drought, and they are rarely bothered by disease or insect problems making them virtually a maintenance-free perennial.

Sow Balloon Flower seeds indoors 6 - 8 weeks before last frost, and transplant outside. This flower seed requires sunlight to germinate, so do not cover the flower seed with soil. Just lightly pat them into the soil so good contact is made and water lightly. You can also sow the flower seed directly outdoors after last frost. Platycodon seed is one of the last perennials to come up in the spring.

I will ship immediately upon receiving your address.

Any questions? please don't hesistate to ask.

Thank you for stopping by and God Bless, Donna

Actually, I grow my Geraniums (they are YEARS old) year round. All I do is Clip the long sections, dip them in Rootone and stick in dirt. I have about 20 more Geranium plants started. These blue balloon flowers are Perennials in zone 4 (where I live). Mums are Popular for this time of year....I have both Hardy and annual (the hardy come back every year, but I always bring some fresh springs inside every week ;). Mostly I just grow Geraniums, cactus, herbs and peppers all year. They are the easiest to take care of...but you will have to google your zone for fragrant flowers that you would particularly like. I'm thinking about listing Geranimum cuttings...but it is already costing me near $100 a month in postage for just what I list now in seeds....so I would have to charge a small fee to send safely (for cuttings that is...I do have a Spearmint Plant (3 of them) that is growing insanely wild and am thinking about lisiting some cuttings of that....that is another herb that grows Madly ;)
